    Causeway OD Shield app/website is owned and maintained by V-Tec Asia Automotive Pte Ltd.     1. Use, copy, reproduce, republish, modify, stored in a retrieval system, create derivative works or use in any other way for public or commercial purposes any part of the website;

    2. Distribute, translate, modify or tamper with, any part of the website;

    3. Create derivative works of or from any part of the website;

    4. Sell, rent, lease, sub-license, assign, exchange or otherwise transfer your rights under these Terms of Use; or

    5. Permit or assist any person to engage in any act described in paragraphs 7.1 to 7.4 above.

  8. Performance of the CODS App/website

    1. We will use reasonable endeavors to generally make the CODS app/website available during our normal business hours. However, the availability of the website depends on various third-party suppliers, and accordingly, we do not warrant or guarantee:

      1. Any network connection difficulties occur;

      2. That your use of the CODS app/website will be continuous, uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

    2. You acknowledge that the CODS app/website may not be available for use from time to time and that you may be disconnected from your use of the website at any time for any reason, including if:

    Your policy records are confidential and Causeway OD Shield has taken steps to safeguard this confidentiality. However, we urge you for your co-operation for the confidentiality of your policy records to be maintained. It's best to take the necessary precautionary measures to ensure that no unauthorized access is given to your policy records, your password, and access to this website/app and/or online facilities. You must not allow anyone other than yourself access to these records.

    These Terms of Use will be governed by the laws of Singapore and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Singapore.
